Shipping policy
Farm Girl Cloth Co. only charges the cost of actual shipping via USPS, unless otherwise stated. We strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible. In Stock items will be shipped within 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated. Custom order products will be shipped within the time frame stated in the listing or via email communication. Orders that contain both In Stock and Custom order items will be shipped together when the custom order is ready to ship. If you would like your In Stock orders to ship within 3 days, please place a separate order.
In order to be eligible for any FREE SHIPPING event you must enter the code at checkout. No refunds for shipping will be given after your order has been completed. Please send an email to farmgirlclothco@gmail.com if you have any questions, or need help with your order!
Package Tracking:
Tracking information for your order will be automatically sent to your email provided. Please check the tracking before inquiring about your order. Farm Girl Cloth Co. is not responsible for any packages that have been turned in to the shipping agent (USPS or other), we do not have any additional information that cannot be seen on the tracking website!
Package Insurance:
USPS First Class Shipping does not include insurance unless specifically requested, there may be an additional charge for this service, which will be billed separately. Items shipped via USPS Priority Mail automatically include $100 package insurance via USPS, additional insurance must be specifically requested, there may be an additional charge for this service, which will be billed separately.
In the event your package is lost or damaged Farm Girl Cloth Co. is not responsible for replacing your items if no insurance was purchased. To process an insurance claim, Farm Girl Cloth Co. will work with you to get it resolved with USPS. After the insurance claim has been paid out, I can also help you re-order your items.
