Zero waste, plastic free, Shampoo and Conditioner Bars

All Shampoo bars are paraben free, PH Balanced, Sulfate Free and Alcohol free - even if the ingredients have similar names to those words, they are not the same! They also do not contain gluten/wheat ingredients. They are plant based, never tested on animals and do not leave itchy residue. Handmade by Farm Girl Cloth Co.

To Use: 

Shampoo Bars: Wet hair thoroughly, wet shampoo bar and rub between hands to activate bubbles, rub in a circular motion on wet hair until you reach a good lather. Rinse. Follow with solid or liquid conditioner. (approximate weight: 50 g./1.81 oz. 30+ washes)

Conditioner Bars: Warm bar with hand and activate with water, starting at the roots, run the bar over hair until coated. Rise. (approximate weight: 40 g/ 1.61 oz 30+ conditions)

Rose Geranium & Coconut Oil

Ingredients: Sodium Laurel Sulfoacetate (Slsa), Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate (SCI), Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Hydrolyzed Rice Protein, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut Oil), Rose Kaolin Clay, Essential Oil Blend: Pelargonium Gravolens (Rose Geranium), d-Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate (vitamin E), Optiphen.

French Green Clay Bar:

Ingredients: Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate (SCI), Sodium Lauryl Sulfoacetate (SLSA), Cyamopsis Tetragonoloba Gum, Illite (French Green Clay), Distilled Water, Caprylyl/Capryl Glucoside, citric acid, Simmondsia chinensis (jojoba oil), Essential Oil Blend: Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender), Mentha Piperita (Peppermint), Rosmarinus Officinalis Leaf Oil, d-Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate (vitamin E), Optiphen.

Lavender, Sage and Argan Bar:

Ingredients: Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate (SCI), Sodium Lauryl Sulfoacetate (SLSA), Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Oryza Sativa (rice) Starch, Hydrolyzed Rice Protein, Argania Spinosa Kernel Oil (argan oil), Calendula Flower, Acacia Concinna (Shikakai Powder, Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender), Chamomilla Recutita oil (Chamomile), Salvia Officinalis oil (Clary Sage), d-Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate (vitamin E), Optiphen.

Purple Clay Rosemary Mint:

Ingredients: Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate (SCI), Sodium Lauryl Sulfoacetate (SLSA), Cyamopsis Tetragonoloba Gum, Kaolin (Brazilian Purple Clay), Distilled Water, Caprylyl/Capryl Glucoside, citric acid, Simmondsia chinensis (jojoba oil), Essential Oil Blend: Mentha Piperita (Peppermint), Rosmarinus Officinalis Leaf Oil, d-Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate (vitamin E), Optiphen.

Solid Conditioner (peppermint scent):

Ingredients: Behentrimonium Methosulfate (BTMS-25), Cetyl Alcohol, Theobroma Cacoa Seed Butter (Cocoa Butter), Persea Gratissima (Avocado Oil), Mentha Piperita (Peppermint), Optiphen.

Base Ingredients explained:

Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate (SCI): Mild surfactant that produces lather and leaves hair feeling soft and clean. Naturally derived from Coconut fruit and Palm kernel (RSPO). (V, GF)

Sodium Lauryl Sulfoacetate (SLSa): Even Milder surfactant that works in sync with SCI to lift dirt and grime without harsh ingredients. Derived from Coconut fruit. (V, GF)

Cocamidopropyl Betaine (CAPB): Another Mild surfactant that gives your shampoo a soft and creamy lather. Lots of bubbles gently lift dirt and oils away from your scalp and hair and lessens films left behind by other products. Derived from Coconut fruit. (V, GF)

Cetearyl Alcohol, Behentrimonium Methosulfate (BTMS 25): Conditioning agent used to reduce frizz, soften and condition. Derived from rapeseed and Palm Kernel (RSPO).  (V, GF)

Cetyl Alcohol: Works with the BTMS 25 to give you long lasting bubbles and moisturizing benefits giving the hair a protective moisture barrier. Derived from Palm fruit (RSPO). (V, GF)

Optiphen Phenoxyethanol (and) Caprylyl Glycol: A necessary preservative used at the lowest possible percentage to prevent potentially harmful microbial growth.

Shikaki Powder: botanical ingredient with powerful Ayurvedic properties promoting shine, growth, and many other nourishing benefits for hair and scalp.

Rose Clay (kaolin), Green Clay: Draws out impurities and gives volume to your hair.

Rose, chamomile, calendula Powder: Botanical ingredient rich in vitamins to help nourish your hair.

Hydrolyzed Rice Protein: Made from rice bran, Strengthens hair, adds volume and moisturizes.
